Training Background and Achievements
Adam Ellis began his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) journey in 2010 under Andy Roberts, a black belt under Roger Gracie and a pioneer of British BJJ. Adam earned his black belt in 2018, competing and achieving medals at every belt level along the way.
Key Accomplishments:
Highest-ranked adult black belt male in the UK Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation (2019)
Multiple-time Grapplefest competitor, known for his "buggy choke" submission of the night at Grapplefest 13
Ranked 12th globally in the IBJJF 2023-2024 Gi season (Black Belt Super Heavy Master 2)
